Leslie
OFFICE MANAGER
With more than 13 years of experience in dentistry, Leslie Chamblee serves as Practice Manager and is passionate about building meaningful connections with patients while guiding them through their treatment plans. She is dedicated to creating a positive, supportive experience for every person who visits the office.
When she’s not at work, Leslie is cheering on her two college-age sons who play baseball, exploring new hiking trails, or serving in her church community.
Ashley
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
With over 12 years of experience in the dental field, Ashley brings a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a deep understanding of clinical and administrative processes. As a Patient Care Coordinator, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth communication, and helping patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with family, especially with her two young children -a son and a daughter- who keep life fun and full of energy. A car enthusiast at heart, she loves attending car shows and visiting the drag strip whenever possible. In quieter moments, she enjoys cooking and baking, as well as getting lost in a good book.
Mika
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Mika is originally from Litle Rock, Arkansas. She moved to the Dallas area when she was a teenager and has been here ever since. She currently resides in Prosper with her husband, daughter who is currently away at college, and their three large dogs. She is actively involved in fostering and rescuing large-breed dogs, especially puppies set for euthanasia. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, reading, cooking and working on renovation projects around her home.
Mika began her dental career when she was just 16 working as a dental assistant while attending high school. She continued this path through college attending dental hygiene school and comes to us with 23 years of experience as a hygienist and newest member of our team.
Sylvia
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Sylvia has been practicing dental hygiene for approximately 38 years, with a five-year break to stay home and raise her two children. She grew up as part of an Army family and moved to Texas at the age of 18.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, baking, and dabbling in jewelry making. She is also an avid listener of audiobooks and values spending quality time with friends and family.
Her exercise routine includes long walks, light weight training, and a bit of yoga, helping her maintain a balanced and active lifestyle.
JESSICA
REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
With over four years of experience as a dental assistant, she brings a strong clinical foundation and a patient-centered approach to every aspect of care. With additional training in implant dentistry, she is passionate about supporting patients through their treatment journey and helping create a comfortable, confident experience at every visit. She takes pride in being a reliable, compassionate part of the dental team and contributing to a positive, welcoming office environment.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her 15-month-old, exploring new coffee shops, and browsing recipes for inspiration before trying them out in the kitchen. She loves discovering new flavors and finds joy in creating simple, comforting meals to share with her family.
