What to Do Before You Arrive

  • Rinse your mouth gently with warm water

  • If there’s swelling, apply a cold compress to your cheek

  • Hold a piece of gauze or a tea bag over bleeding areas

  • Save any broken tooth pieces and bring them in (if applicable)
